Partial payments / deposits
We accept deposits and progress payments. Add a note (e.g., “Milestone 2”) so our team can reconcile it to your project.

FAQ
1) Can I pay without an invoice number?
Yes. Enter a brief reference (e.g., “Website deposit” or “Google Ads retainer”). We’ll match it on our side and confirm by email.
2) Which payment methods are accepted?
All major credit/debit cards. For e-Transfer, ACH, or wire, email Admin@scopexmedia.com for instructions.
3) Will I get a receipt?
Absolutely. A paid invoice/receipt is automatically emailed to you after a successful payment.
4) Can I split a large payment into multiple transactions?
Yes. You can submit multiple payments and label each one (e.g., “Milestone 1/3”). For payment plans, email us and we’ll set it up.
5) Are payments refundable?
Project deposits and custom services are generally non-refundable once work has started. If there’s an error (double charge, wrong amount), we’ll correct or refund the difference. See our Refunds/Adjustments policy for full details.
6) What if my card is declined?
Try another card or contact your bank to approve the charge. You can also reach us at Admin@scopexmedia.com for alternatives.
7) Is tax included?
Taxes are calculated based on your location and service type. If tax applies, you’ll see it in your receipt.
